1- Abra uma nova imagem de 750 x 550 e preencha com um gradient assim: radial,

angle 90, repeats 6, com duas cores escuras contrastantes.

2 - Layers - new raster layer.

3 - Selection - select all.

4 - Edit-copy a imagem untileddark.

5 - Edit paste into selection.

6 - Selection - none.

7 - Abaixe a opacidade para 50%.

8 - Altere o blend mode para soft light.

9 - Layers - merge all.

10 - Effects - distortion effects - polar coordinates - rectangular to polar selecionado - repeats.

11 - Effects - distortion effects - wave:

12 - Effects - texture effects - weave:

13 - Effects - mosaic - antique:

14 - Effects - image effects - seamless tiling default.

15 - Adjust - sharpeness - sharpe.

16 - Edit-copy a imagem blase.

17 - Edit paste as new layer e a posicione no centro inferior da tag na altura da linha 450px.

Altere as configurações como mais agradar.

19 - Enfeite e mova as layers.

20 - Layers - merge all.

21 - Selection all.

22 - Selection - modify - contract 15.

23 - Selection - modify - select selection bordes: inside 10, anti-alias marcado.

24 - Layers - new raster layer.

25 - Preencha essa layer com o gradient:

radial - angle 45, repeats 70.

26 - 3D Effects - inner belve:

27 - Selection - none.

28 - Image/Add Borders 2, Symmetric: marcado, cor média da tag.

29 - Image/Add Borders 2, Symmetric: marcado, cor

escura da tag.

30 - Assine - merge all.
